BNC FLIGHT WITH GEO
I Missed it! A chance to fly in BNC (aka. Geo's Plane!)! While I was away racing Crank the Shield Bike race, Grampa GEO and Granny flew into the Barrie Airport and hung out with the Horseshoe Valley Simms'. Wendy, Hannah & Noah were lucky enough to get a flight with GEO. They did a loop around Horseshoe Valley to see the house from the air and then headed up to Muskoka. Sounds kinda cool... Q. What did you do today?... Well, I had my pilot fly me up to Muskoka for lunch! Everybody had some eats near Bracebridge and then headed back. We will look forward to seeing the new movie about Amilia Earhart! Thanks Geo, Shotgun Kevin next time! Noah says he would like to fly the plane again next time!

End of the Summer Session
Well, it's official... summer is over! The boat comes out of the water tomorrow. We are all sad that the warm weather has dissappeared. Here is where you wish for that Australia warmth. Oh well, snowboarding soon I guess! Here are a couple "parting shots" from the last wakeboard
session of the summer.

Great season of mountain biking!
Awesome season of bike racing at Wednesday Night races! It is always sad for the end of the summer. Hardwood set a record for number of racers this year with 306 on one night. It was great to see all of the Simms family on the podium, but more important was the time spent with an awesome group of friends and families. This race series is a quality event.
Congrats to Noah for winning "Most improved rider" for the series. He had some fantastic race times and is the youngest rider to win the award.

Rowing
Every monday night this summer me and daisy go to a learn to row lesson at the barrie rowing club. Most nights me and daisy take a double but, we have also tried a quad. We even got to stand up in the quad. On the top me and daisy are docking the boat. On the bottom we are rowing in a double. It's been a fun chance to learn something new!!
