You may or may not know... "Earth Adrenalin Ltd" is the coaching company that Simmer uses to umbrella all his Cycling Coaching business endeavours. Earth Adrenalin has had some fantastic news over the last few months. The first big success has certainly been the Trek-Hardwood team based out of Hardwood Ski and Bike - 42 athletes have been rippin' up the Ontario Cup circuit. Next, we had great news that two of Kevin's athlete's have been selected to attend the World MTB Championships in Australia (they are actually on the plane as I write this) - Caley Brooks & Mikaela Kofman. Finally, Mikaela Kofman was selected to Team Ontario to compete at the Canada Summer Games and WON the GOLD MEDAL for Mountain Bike!!! Check out these
amazing athletes!

Nicknames
There are "through hikers" that are doing the Appalachian Trail that is 2200 miles long!!! They have to do work at the huts so they can sleep on the tables and floors. They pick up nicknames on the trail. Like this guy "3 stove tex" who was at our Madison Hut. So.. while hiking, we made up are own.
Noah- "Moutain Goat", because i was so fast and leading the way.
Hannah-"Side Trail Sierra", because she took so many side trails.
Wendy- "lean and mean", because she did not waste any of her packing space.
Kevin-'VHP' (aka..Very Harry Potter) mostly because he started a harry potter trivia game.
Thanks for the wicked trip!!!

White Mountains
Hello everybody,
The Simms family just got out of the mountains. Four days in the backcountry trekking across the Presidential Range in New Hampshire. On Day 1 we climbed straight up Airline Trail to the summit of Mount Madison (5300') and stayed at a cool mountain hut. Day 2 we summited Mount Jefferson (5800') and Mount Washington (6200') and stayed at a cool hut called "Lakes of the Clouds". Day 3 was a small peak called Mount Pierce (4000'), a short stay at Mizpah Hut and then down the mountain range to our car. Wicked weather with panoramic views ... check theses photos. Our last day we had some crazee high winds up on the Crawford Trail above the tree line. We are going to have a great sleep tonight and then start making our way back to Ontario.
All for now,
Simmer
